Ghosts and goblins, gather 'round! It's Angela Moore's favorite time of year for ghoulish celebrations, so bring on the black cats and break out the candy corn...we witches can't wait.
So how "hauntingly" preppy is this little treat? I just love Angela Moore and know many of you do too! I think this would be so fun to wear trick or treating with the family or when celebrating the spooky holiday with friends!
